AlThe Falcon Pointe subdivision was developed by Ruston Fernando of Falcon Valley, llc in the early 2000.  Although not a gated community it was designed in such a way that public drive through is very limited.  This design maximized the Falcon Pointe more safety for their children and property.  Located along Prairie Star Parkway And surrounded by three golf courses and a Johnson County Park.
